I have a '87 SeaRay 250 Sundancer. I have completely re-power her an installed all the latest (at the time) lectronics. The question is . What is the formula for estimating fuel gallons/hour usage. I have upgraded from the 87 yr engine to the newer 99 style  Mercruiser 260, That requires the electronic fuel system, not injector tho/ the new engine requires the installation of a 12vt electronic fuel pump. I have replaced everything under the engine cover to include gimble bearing , flex drive and just about anything else you could.

I don't think I am getting the greatest economy that I should. I know about installing a flow metter but I'm getting to the bottom of thecah barrell LOL .

Anyway if you know please e-mail any suggestion to  bill0056@ca.rr.com.

Thanks Bill
