I'm Planning to buy a new 2006 Trophy 2002 walk arounf fishing boat.  I just need to know is this boat a good quality boat for $38,000?

I've got a 2004 2002 WA trophy I've been using for quite a while Only issues is the fish boixes fill up when it rains. In 3 years I've had it I had a retaining spring on the belt break on the motor and the belt tear up.  Other then that it's been terrific.  Handles chop very well.
