I'm looking at a 1984 48' Uniflite Yacht Fisherman and would like comments about this boat's quality.  I've heard about Uniflite's blister problem in earlier years, but also that in '84 it was "fixed".  She has 671T's with about 2500 hrs.  I'd really apprecaite anything you folks can share with me about your experience with Uniflite.

I have an 84 - 42ft - 84 was a blister free year - no history of them on her - need to sell, last year had overhaul of new electronics, new batteries, new stuffing boxes and it just keeps going.. feel free to write me off list if you might be interested - had full survey in '05 that is available for serious lookers.. job is moving me inland and no way to maintain her - contact me off list blanchard_nancy@yahoo.com and I will provide pics specs and such.. might be surprised what you could pick her up for..
