Well, following 5 weeks on the hard, we splash on Monday. It's been an eventful five weeks. Let’s see; repair blisters, repair blisters, repair blisters, repair blisters, repair blisters, etc. did I mention that we repaired some blisters? That said, we gutted and replaced the entire salon, including new custom built counters with 1.25” granite top and flat glass cook-top, removed, rebuilt, and replaced the generator, replaced every through-hull fitting, the entire bonding system, rebuilt and sealed both fuel tanks, repacked the rudders, replaced the exhaust hoses, replaced the cutlass bearings, balanced the props, replaced all of the zincs, replaced the exhaust scuffers, removed and replaced the entire rear salon bulkhead, replaced the fly-bridge wind-screen, scheduled and paided for the new fly-bridge and lower canvas/screens/glass………………….. Did I mention we repaired some blisters? AR-Ar-ar… This it just a small list of what we did. We are going to post some photos in the next few days.
