I have aquired a Mk II that is in severe disrepair. She is missing all of her rigging, engine, head and interior. There is no wiring left either. For basically the hull, mast and one set of old sails, what would be an appropriate price? The hull was recently painted both hull paint and bottom paint. The deck could use it and the mast is a little worse for wear. It hasnt been sunk that I am aware of but it is still a heap. Help me please....

Are you still looking for an answer? If so check the deck using a small hammer. I fyou get a clear solid sound all over the deck is ok, if a dull thud the deck is rotting or near rotting.

If the deck is solid  the boat ought to be in the 3-5K range, if not maybe  1K
