Cockpit door frames are extremely well caulked. You will need to insert a razor knife in the joint between the aluminum and fiberglass and cut the caulking.....probably on both sides, the nvery gently work the frame out.
They can be replaces, but it may be more cost effective to have them repainted by a shop than knows how to prepare, prime and paint aluminum. Or you can do it yourself.
Whether you repaint or replace, understand that the cause of the corrosion is stainless steel screws in an aluminum frame. When you reinstall the frame, be sure you fully caulk the screws as they are inserted.
