And the Best to You and Yours, Ron!  No snow here, either.  But also lots of wind and 4 days without power!  Thank goodness for Gizmo.  I was able to snag a HOT shower or two on the boat during this mess.

Hello Ron,

Thank you for the Holiday wishes and I wish you the same.  My 42 DCMY is in the San Joaquin delta area Northeast of San Francisco.  I have noticed that it is clear and about 50 degrees F there.  I am in Mexico myself, where it is in the mid 70s.  I won't be back to my boat until May.  With this post, I am trying my signature with a photo.  I think it will be too big.  If so I'll work to change it.

Thanks for the Holiday wishes Ron. The wife and I wish everyone else the same!! Christmas on the lower Chesapeake this year was a little on the wet side but not too cold.  It's been a while since I posted but a kitchen remodel in our house during the holidays has taken a bite out of my free time lately.

David, where on the delta do you hang out? I now live in Virginia but used to live on Bethel Island back in the day...

It's a small world!  Adventure is berthed at Caliente Harbor on Bethel Island.  I also have my 37 year old sailboat there.  Adventure is new to us, but we have traveled most of the Delta in our sailboat over the last 20 years.  Of course we had to avoid the shallow water and the fixed bridges.  We are "resting" in Mexico (without a boat) right now, but we will be back to start delta cruising Adventure in May.
