Hi, all I have a 1979 crestliner norsman day cruiser and have yet to find another like it.

Heres a pic of it. It has been a fine fishing boat as well as just a great cruising boat. I take it out up to 30 miles into the Gulf of Mexico. I have had my share of trials with it. but all in all for a 30 year old boat can't say to much bad of it.

Bob- sure would like to see some more pics detailing your crestliner norsman daycruiser. I own a 75 daycruiser I am currently restoring to better than new. I completely re did the interior anf floor last summer. I have the hull 3/4 stripped and am painting it cadillac escalade white. I like the pearl. I would be willing to send you pics. I have been looking for boats like mine & yours is the only pic I've found out of countless hrs searching online for parts and pics Mine also has been very reliable and I spend the summers on various lakes in Oregon and up and down the Columbia river. Was hoping to be done by June but I don't think that is possible considering the temp and weather right now. Hope to hear from you soon

Thanks for the pics-I finally finished the body work on the hull. I've stripped the hull complete, and now all I have left to strip is the cab & fwd deck. I had problems with ignition system and converted it to electronic ignition. I also replaced the manifold. Runs great now. another full 6 hr day of sanding and applying the epoxy primer to the bare metal today. Sure was cool to see what it looked like originally with the pics of your boat. Who ever owned it before me did a terrible prep and paint job so it was falling off. They painted it white. I've been saying I was going to paint it for the past 4 yrs but kept using it year round to fish for sturgeon ,salmon or crabbing. finally set my mind to it this past october. only a few hrs here and there as it has been too cold to spray substrates. Anyway, I'll post some pics this week. Thanks again Bob.-Shaun-Portland OR
