Are all of our Chaparrals and our boating experiences so perfect that we have nothing to say?  I'm sure we are not all posting on the Chap Owners' board (unless the moderator/Nazi is not allowing our posts over there).

BoatUS was nice enough to set this up for us so why aren't we using it to communicate?

I could use some help on the canvas cockpit enclosure on my 2005 310.  Most of it fits nice but the clear portion that attaches to the windshield facing forward is quite loose.  Any ideas what I may be doing wrong??

Thanks for the help!  I appreciate these forums and the knowledge to be gained by all who use them.

I have the same issue on my 2005 310 and I just learned to live with it. I think you may be able to adjust the bimini a little to get a tighter fit but i think your canvas attaches to the arch right?

I have the opposite problem on my 290. When it's somewhat cool I have a devil of a time fastening the snaps at the top of the windshield. When it's warm, it's tight but doable. I can see where it being really loose could be annoying if you have to run with the glass up.

As for your first comment, we need to get the word out about this board.  It seems much nicer, but, I just found it.

Same here, just found this forum.  Much better than Chaparral's as far as getting posted, agree, we just need to get more people using it.  Someone actually has posted a link to this forum on the Chaparral forum (that's how I found it) so hopefully soon there'll be more traffic here.

I checked out the Chap link on MSN posted by Almost There above.  Looks like it have very little action.  Let focus our attention here.  We need to unite.  Maybe someday the Chaparral Owners Site will be better but until then, this is what we have.  Let's use it.
