Has anyone found a good chart that lays out the RPM/FF/MPH for the Sundnacer 260 with the 5.7EFI?  Seems like there is data on the 5.0 and the 7.4, but I can't find anything on the 5.7.

I have a 4bbl carb on a pretty new 5.7L in a 26 Weekender. I get about 8gph at 2500, 10 at 3000, and 12 at 3500.  I think about 18gph is the max that engine can drink.

Nope, it can be thirstier.  I have an '06 270 Amberjack w/ the Horizon 5.7 engine.  At WOT (4800) it uses 21 GPH (by the system meter).

I haven't seen a chart either, but last weekend I got about 16 GPH @ 4100, 14 GPH @ 3800 - 3900, 11-12 GPH @ 3500.

The 270 Amberjack and the 260 Sundancer hulls are quite similar, so the results should be comparable.

I stand corrected. I wasn't thinking about these newer engines where they raise the max rpms. Of course if you spin it faster it drinks more. Actually, your other numbers are right in line with my old carb model. Thought they would be better.
