(Too bad. Not much activity here. Oh well, I'll keep posting for a little
while.)

The door on my recently purchaced 1993 Trophy 2002 is kind of shot.
The
aluminum frame around the outside has let loose of the plywood, and
the wood has rotted a bit.

Does anyone have suggestions on a replacement door?

- Jasen.

Make a new one using King Starboard. It'll be the last time that door will be replaced.

I agree with gpreichert.  Make the new doors out of starboard and you won't have to worry about replacing them again.  The newer Trophys come that way.
