I have a 1987 Proline CC which rides heavy at the stern. I have talked to Proline and have been told that this year boat had a tendency to absorb water in the transum. After talking to my marina owner, he has suggested drilling a 1" hole low in the stern and let it trip dry over the winter. He stated that he did this with a Mako and it removed the water.
Has anyone every tried this and if so did it work.
