HI I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM. I HAVE A 1995 SEARAY 30 DANCER WITH VDRIVES. 2 350 CUIN 250 OR 260 HP DEPENDING ON WHERE YOYULOOK FOR POWER.

I AM LOOKING TO REPLACE THE CAST IRON RISERS WITH 4 THAT ARE MADE OF STAINLESS, PREFER CAST, BUT WILL CONSIDER JUST STAINLESS.

ALL INFO THAT I HAVE FOUND IS VERY CONFUSING

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INFO YOU HAVE

Stay w/cast iron.  I have a 1994 300 Sundancer w/ 350's also that I purchased a year ago.  It came with SS risers.  When I replaced them w/ new SS risers, they leaked even w/ new manifolds.  They flex too much and expand at different rates than the cast manifold.  I now have all cast iron w/ no leaks.
