Four Etchells (38, 125, 438, 574) live in, of all places, the southwest USA in New Mexico and west Texas. Their owners are trying to establish Rio Grande Fleet 31 and just need one more boat and a few good sailors. Also, the Dillon Yacht Club folks would like to get Etchells established in Colorado.

Who has some ideas for getting more Etchells running in the southwest and what experiences have people had in trying to establish and build a one-design fleet?
