I have a 2004 3200 Center Console with Twin 300 HP Yamahas.  My fish well pumps are not working and I have located them near my tackle boxes but it appears that they are nearly impossible to access, remove and replace.   Has anyone done this and, if so, can you give me any tips to make this job easier.   It appears that one way to access the the pump mounting screws is to remove the fishing rod holders and try to fit your hand and tools in the holder hole.  Does this make sense?  I would appreciate any helpful hints.  Thanks in advance
