There is an epoxy coating over the top. Could that be what is dented?

Hey:

Same deal, my cans flew out once too. Left a couple marks. I tried to figure an ez way and ended up having the wife get a nice matching throw rug over it. Saved a few more too.

i know this works on regular hardwood floor.....something to try anyway....

get a face cloth and an iron. wet the face cloth and put it on the floor set the iron on it the face cloth on the area where the floor is dented.  the steam will go in to the wood(maybe) and lift the depression up from the moisture going into the woodfiber.  I never did this personnaly but I have heard many times it will remove dents from hardwood flooring.  GOOD LUCK!!

Had a problem with the "wood" flooring in my Boca a few years ago. It was dents caused by lady's heels (not SWMBO's) and also water damage when the dealer allowed the fridge to defrost without protection. Fought for over a year to get it replaced, until I finally gave it back in part ex for the current boat.
I think the problem is it is bonded down and they had no idea how to get it up to replace it.
Got a similar problem with the Alegria with water damage. Seems Doral do not believe the "wood" will get wet, and it just goes darker and darker.
