I have a 2004 342 Fiesta Vee that I purchased used last season. So far I love it. I traded up from a 270 Sea Ray Sundancer. I look forward to speaking with any other 342 owners about issues that have arisen with their boats.

hello to Long Island

I own a 342 rinker 2003 vintage and I absolutely love it.

I also sell Rinkers at the dealership in Edgewater Md; Hartley Marine; let me know if you have any questions or would like to talk further about the 342.

As a dealer, have you had any requests from your customers to have an auto pilot installed. If so what would you recommend. It seems that I have had several people advise that it was not easily "doable" . I am planning to add an in motion satelite dish this spring. The grand kids love to be entertained while underway.

I have never had a request for auto pilot install, even on the bigger Rinkers.

The motion satellite dish sounds like a great idea; let me know how it works out and what it costs, I too have grandkids (5) and they too like entertainment beyond fishing and tubing.

regards

Gary

Gary -

Would you happen to know if there's an integral pressure regulator on the transom fresh / city water connection?  Wondering if I need to get one, hoping to do some cruising from Stone Harbor NJ to the Hudson and I'm not sure what I'll run into.

Thanks!
