Hello,

Anyone know how to "unstick" the sliding pullout on the Pedestal table used for sleeper cushion?  There's no way, I've tried pulling shaking etc. that I can extend it out.

I have no idea how to access either, does anyone understand the jamming mechanism?

Regards,

Fermín

I have never seen it get stuck. However, I would think that it should still pull with the strap. Try pulling up and out, if you just pull out it will not unjamn. If that does not work try prying it out with a pinchbar. Be careful not to scratch the finish.

Cheers,

I spoke w/JC Demers @Doral.  He also had never seen this.  He checked w/technicians and plate slides on track and is held in place in the "in position" with two spring loaded ball bearings one on each side.  Its possible that the balls are dislodged and wedged thereby locking the plate.  Suggested remedy return to dealer under warrantee.

Regards,

Fermín
