Larson has a archives page, that boat will hold 125 gal. of gas, the draft is 31", depending on your motor, and your max RPM there should be a sticker with that info on the valve cover. You could have the wrong prop. I have a 1984 Larson 25' Delta Sport Cruiser and was only able to get 22 mph, till I changed the prop, now I get 34 mph.

Thanks Denebuff,

I had the Cabrio out the other day, calm lake and was able to get 31 knts at 4000 rpm, out of it. Not sure why it worked so well this time. On our maiden trip there was 4 adults and 2 kids plus supplies, perhaps we were too heavy. I have the Brovo 3 drive and like I said, it worked very well the other day. I guess I just need practice qand more time on the trim tabs.
