Four Thoughts for 2013:

Look, I know the new year started a couple of weeks of ago, but it’s not too late to share a couple thoughts for the 48 weeks that still await us in 2013. For starters, I’ve been doin’ way more deep thinking than you probably think I’m capable of, and I know this – I gotta get smarter. I’m gonna be 40-years-old in about a week, and it’s time I started taking better care of myself. I’m not gonna lie, I’ve lived a little reckless, and it’s been a real good time, but when you live out of suitcases and eat in airports four days a week, it’s time to take personal health a little more seriously.
