What's wrong with this picture? If you look hard there's an obvious sign that carbon monoxide (CO) from the engine's exhausts is finding its way into the main cabin, which could be dangerous or even lethal for those inside (check out the flag). CO is odorless, so signs of poisoning can go undetected until its too late.
